The term ‘Cherubix Baby Boutique’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website www.cherubix.com. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

Cancellations and Returns Policy

You must contact us prior to making any returns. In accordance with the distance selling regulations, we will accept all purchases back within 14 days of delivery. Goods must be returned unused in original packaging and in a saleable condition if refund is required. Carriage costs will not be refunded. Goods must be returned at customers cost unless a mistake is made by us.

You can cancel your order at any time if you have changed your mind or if the goods are not matching your expectation within 14 days of delivery. The goods have to be unused in their original package.

Any refund will be made using the same channel used during the paiement for the transaction within 5 working days.  


Guarantee

Most Goods are covered by the Manufacturers Guarantee, which covers defects in materials and faulty workmanship (it does not cover accidental damage). The length of the Guarantee depends on the manufacturers concerned. For further details of the length of the Manufacturers Guarantee please email us at admin@cherubix.com.

The guarantee becomes effective when the product leaves the shop, not when you start using it. We do not provide any Guarantees for the Goods.

The guarantees referred to in this paragraph do not cover customer misuse, abuse, neglect or accidental damage. You should always follow and adhere to the manufacturers instructions. You are responsible for the correct operation and maintenance of the Goods, indemnifying us for any damage, liability, costs caused by misuse or misunderstanding of the manufacturers instructions. You will be charged for spares and repairs if the product has been damaged accidentally, through misuse, fair wear and tear or undue force within the guarantee period.


Colour/designs availability

Colours and / or patterns that are represented on this website have been provided to give you a visual representation of colour options / design available. Despite every effort to accurately represent the color of each product and/or its design, actual colours/designs may vary, but we will do our best to send you the closest to the desired colour/design. By confirming your order you will receive one of the models shown on the picture based on the stock. Thank you for your understanding.

Returns for repair/inspection of used Goods

If a fault is believed to have occurred, the Goods may be subject to a manufacturers inspection at our discretion, to determine if the fault is a manufacturing or non manufacturing fault. A copy of any report produced by the manufacturer if available will be made available to you at your request. Some manufacturers may also charge a return inspection fee which you may be liable for in the event of a non manufacturing fault. Inspections and repairs usually take between 7 to 10 working days including collection from and delivery to our premises. In rare circumstances, possible delays will be notified as soon as possible - subject to spare parts being available at the time of repair.

It is your responsibility to return the Goods at your costs to us but no additional charges incurred for carriage to the manufacturer if the product is within the manufacturers guarantee period and the fault is one of the manufacturer. A receipt is required for the proof of the purchase date. If a fault is found then we shall refund the cost of you returning the Goods to us.

After 14 working days of delivery, if we receive a written complaint by email from you in respect of Goods found to be defective in respect of materials or workmanship, we, after a reasonable time to investigate the same and examine the Goods in dispute, shall be entitled at our option to repair or replace the defective Goods either via the manufacturer or from stock. A charge will be levied or passed directly to you for any collections or deliveries/substitutes made. This will be advised in writing, via email, before any substitutes or replacements are authorised. All manufacturers guarantees vary in respect of materials or workmanship and the periods for these guarantees can be provided to you at your specific request in writing by email.

Where possible, we will advise the manufacturer directly on behalf of you to arrange collection and/or replacement of any faulty items.


Delivery issues

If incorrect delivery address has been given, the delivery address refuses delivery of the Goods or if you do not respond to the “sorry we missed you” card left by the courier, your order will be returned to us and we will then wait for you to contact us before we re-fund you your money after deducting the return postage costs. If an incorrect delivery address has been given and another party has signed for the Goods, we will not be held responsible for any loss incurred as a result.
