The price for each product is shown on www.cherubix.com. Non-EU customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries. Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these costs will be - please consult your local customs office for more information.
All prices shown are excluding postage and packaging. The total price including posting and packaging will be shown at checkout. You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your payment details, based on the delivery address you specify.
Colours and / or patterns that are represented on this website have been provided to give you a visual representation of colour options / design available. Despite every effort to accurately represent the color of each product and/or its design, actual colours/designs may vary, but we will do our best to send you the closest to the desired colour/design. By confirming your order you will receive one of the models shown on the picture based on the stock. Thank you for your understanding.
We will ship your order as soon as possible after receipt of payment, please allow up to 28 days for delivery. In some cases the Goods may not be in stock and you will be notified as soon as possible of the expected delivery dates with an option to cancel the order or wait for a delivery date to be given.
We welcome international customers. If you do not see a delivery option available for your country then please contact us and we will do our best to assist you where we can.
Delivery of small items is by Royal Mail First Class/Airmail where appropriate. Larger items are delivered by courier. If you are unavailable when the courier attempts to deliver your goods, a second attempt will be made (usually the following day), they may leave you a card with details on how to rearrange delivery.
Delivery of furniture
Furniture is delivered direct from manufacturer and will be despatched 4-6 weeks from date of order (subject to availability), they will contact you direct to arrange a convenient time. Fees to be applied for assembly and delivery or delivery only may vary between manufacturers. Furniture cannot be returned for a refund once delivered to your address.
